My on-camera education and production experience have created an empathic mindset when working. By knowing what the vision is and how everyone can help execute it, I can better serve or lead the team. Good collaboration and communication are skills that make the rest of the task easier for everyone, and that stems from empathy.

Along with empathy, being pragmatic is a must. By expecting any possible outcome, you will be prepared for anything, and see a problem not as a setback, but a challenge. This outlook leads to a more composed process that can still be done quickly.
